U14s ON THE ROAD

Our under 14s made the journey to Whitechurch this morning to face Rockbán in their first league game of the season . Unfortunately as weather overnight had been extremely wet, Whitechurch's main pitch was closed due to poor conditions under foot. Since we had already traveled, we decided to play a 13 a side challenge match on their smaller training pitch instead. We had 18 girls so we used a rolling sub system to allow maximum playing time for all the girls. As it was the first time either side had played on grass this year It was a good test for both teams and everybody involved enjoyed the game. This league fixture will be rescheduled for a later date.
